Returns & Refunds Policy

At Anja Bock PTY Ltd, we are committed to providing you with a safe, inspiring, and transformative experience. Please read this page carefully to understand our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.


1. Memberships (Digital Library Access)

  • Memberships give immediate access to our digital library of recordings, playlists, and meditations.

  • Because access is provided immediately, all payments are non-refundable.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings to stop future payments.

  • No refunds will be provided for payments already made.


2. 1:1 Sessions (Private Mentorship)

  • All 1:1 sessions are non-refundable.

  • To reschedule, please provide at least 5 days’ notice.

  • If you need to cancel less than 5 days in advance, you may gift your session to a friend by emailing us at least 24 hours prior with their details.

  • If you miss the session or cancel last minute without gifting it, the session is considered forfeited.


3. Cancellations of Live Classes or Group Events

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule live classes or group events if necessary.

  • In such cases, members will be offered alternative dates, recordings, or credit toward future sessions.


4. How to Request a Reschedule or Gift a Session

  • Email us at info@new.anjabock.africa with the following:

    1. Your full name

    2. Original session date and time

    3. If gifting, the recipient’s name and email

  • Requests must meet the notice requirements outlined above to be honored.


5. Important Notes

  • All digital content, recordings, and materials are provided “as is”.

  • By purchasing a membership or booking a session, you acknowledge and accept that refunds are not available.

  • We encourage all participants to carefully review dates, times, and materials before booking to avoid accidental loss of sessions.
